Yesterday I was disappointed when I realized we don’t in fact get to do this fun exercise every day. This morning when I woke up at 2:23 and insomnia wouldn’t let me go, I saw this in the long line of things I check when I can’t sleep in the middle of the night and have been ticking off the hours until daylight when I hoped I’d be coherent enough to give it ago. My entry for today is just kind of meh, but the exercise is so good for me. Thank you!
